Your return will be processed as soon as you contact our customer service department. Due to high demand, we may not be able to respond immediately, but your request will be processed as quickly as possible. There is no need to send multiple emails.

Are you dissatisfied with your order for any reason? Please contact us via the contact page. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and are happy to help you.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

 

Return policy

Return period: You can return a product within 14 days of receipt.

Refund: Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return costs: You are responsible for the costs of returning the product. 

Condition of the product: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all parts and accessories.

All return shipments must be authorized by us in advance. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

 

Return process

  1. Notify us of your return via info@lova-living.com or via the contact page.
  2. Pack the product well and include a copy of your order confirmation.
  3. Send your return via a carrier with Track & Trace and keep your proof of shipment.
  4. Refund: once your return has been received and processed, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 days.

 

Condition Of Returned Items

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

If a returned item shows signs of use, damage, or is returned incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to reflect the reduced value of the item.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Products Upon Delivery

Have you received a damaged or incorrect product?

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@lova-living.com.
  • Send us a photo clearly showing the damage or error.
  • After verifying the damage, we will offer a free replacement. 

 

Exclusions To The Right of return

Some products cannot be returned:

  • Sealed products where the seal has been broken.
  • Customized and personalized products.
  • Products marked as final sale.
  • Products that fall outside the return period.
  • Products that can no longer be sold in their original condition due to use.
  • Large quantity orders (three or more units of the same product)
  • Orders above $1000

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different product, you must return the unwanted product according to the return procedure described above. You can then place a new order for the desired product.
This ensures that you receive your new product faster and prevents unnecessary delays in the process.
