3. Applicability
These Terms of Service apply to every offer made by the company and to every agreement concluded between the company and the customer through the website.
Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these Terms of Service will be made available to the customer.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, the text of these general terms and conditions can be made available to the customer electronically.
4. The offer
If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on the company.
All images and specifications in the offer are for illustrative purposes only and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement.
5. The agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer accepts the offer and meets the conditions stated.
If the customer has accepted the offer electronically, the company will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.
The company takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and ensures a secure web environment.
6. Prices and payment
All prices on the website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
Any import duties and customs charges are payable by the customer.
The customer is obliged to immediately report any inaccuracies in the payment details provided or stated to the company.

7. Delivery and execution
The company will take the greatest possible care in receiving and executing orders for products.
The delivery time is 20-30 days after order processing.
If delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
8. Warranty and conformity
The company guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and legal requirements.
If the product does not comply with the agreement, the customer must report this within 7 days of discovery.
The warranty does not apply if:
The customer has repaired the product themselves or had it repaired.
There has been improper use.
9. Complaints procedure
Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the company within 7 days of discovery, fully and clearly described.
The company aims to provide a substantive response within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is subject to the laws of the State of California.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as courier services.
In the event of force majeure, the company has the right to suspend delivery or terminate the agreement without being liable for compensation.

All agreements and disputes between customers and the company are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Disputes may be submitted to a competent court in the State of California.
12. Order Refusal and Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
