Shipping policy

We strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the information regarding our shipping conditions, delivery times, and shipping costs.

Processing and Shipping

  • Processing time: 1-5 days (Monday - Sunday).
  • Shipping time: 20-30 days (Monday - Sunday).
  • Total expected delivery time: 21-35 days (including processing time).
  • Orders placed before 5 p.m. (CST / GMT-06.00) will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to track your package.

 

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping costs, regardless of the size or value of your order.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped, so you can easily track your package.

 

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that will allow you to track your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become visible.

 

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please contact info@lova-living.com. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, the order will enter processing and can no longer be cancelled. 

 

Missed Delivery

  • The courier will leave a note with further instructions.
  • Your package can be redelivered or delivered to a pickup point.
  • Unclaimed packages will be returned. In this case, you may choose to:

    - Pay for re-shipping (invoiced at cost).
    - Receive a refund minus a 30% restocking fee.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

Received a damaged package?

Take photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt and contact us at info@lova-living.com. We will immediately provide a free replacement product.

Didn't receive your package?

If your package has not arrived more than 7 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us. After 14 days without delivery, the order can be refunded or reshipped.

 

Shipping & Customs Fees

We currently ship to the United States only. 

  • Shipments may be subject to customs or import duties depending on the destination and local regulations.
  • Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us at info@lova-living.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We can only change the address if the order has not yet been processed.

What happens if my package is returned because I was not home?
If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery attempt. Please ensure you collect the package from a collection point in good time to avoid it being returned.
